Clean Fast App Privacy Policy

This purpose of this Privacy Policy is to clearly describe how Clean Fast Cleaner Tools (also referred as  “we”,  “our” or “us”), collects, stores, uses and protects your information when you use our mobile applications.
By using our mobile applications, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy and our terms of services. If by any way or mean you don’t agree to our policy, you must immediately stop using our services and should not download at first place.
We may update our policy as we update and expand our services. This policy is not intended to override any rights that you have available under applicable data protection laws.
Important Points of the Policy:

1 : What personal data we collect and how we use it.
We try to collect least personal data which is required to continue our services. We have tried to present in very easy way what we collect and why we collect below.
We do not accumulate automatically your personal information and data relating to geographic location information, names, physical addresses, telephone, fax, SSN.
You may able to maximum the information from your devices with us by adjusting your device/browser settings. However this may stop some functions to perform at optimum level.
1.1: Data you provide voluntarily (optional)
We accumulate feedback via emails, hence while sharing feedback we will receive email ID. We don’t share this email ID with anyone, nor we use this email for advertising or promotion purposes.
1.2: Personal Data Collection, what we collect & when we collect.
In order to make sure we present you best feasible products and services, due to nature of our mobile application we have to accumulate certain data. If we will not collect this data/information we will not able to give our best or some of functions of our application might not work properly. If you do not provide some of information mentioned below, you may not able to continue getting best results from our products and/or services that we provide.
1.2.1: Aggregate Information. "Aggregate Information" is data we collect about a group or category of services or Users from which individual User identities have been removed. In other words, information on how you use the Applications, the Services and the Site may be collected and combined with information about how others use the Applications, the Services and the Site, but no personally identifiable information will be included in the resulting Aggregate Information. Aggregate Information helps us understand trends in our Users' needs so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor the Applications, the Services and the Site.
1.2.2: Device Information:While using our app on mobile/tablet, we may able to identify the general location of your mobile device (not precise geolocation data), your hard ware details (mobile brand, model, screen size, density), software details (operating system, version), Bluetooth settings, internet connections, RAM (random access memory), the applications you have installed, applications running in back ground, mobile device’s advertising ID, google advertising ID. 
1.2.3: Cookies & Similar tracking information:We may use cookies and/or mobile identifiers to collect your interaction with our services. The information we collect but not limited to, no of times our app is used, which functions of the app are used, advertisement shown to you in our app by our service providers, number of time you clicked, your IP etc.
1.2.4: We will not knowingly collect any personal data about persons who are legally recognized as children without making it clear that such information should only be provided with parental consent, if this is required by applicable laws. For the purpose of this Policy, “children” refer to persons under the age of 16 (in the laws of some countries, this age limit maybe higher, in such case such age limit will apply to those subject to such laws).
1.2.5: We will accumulate information from you directly when you use our products and services, or where you contact us with questions, complaints or suggestions or provide us with any feedback.
1.2.6: App Usage Data. We collect usage data includes information relating to the behavior and/or the habit when you are using the app to analyze and improve the user experience.
1.2.7: Information Collected/Shared By/With Third Party Partners
We work with third party advertising partners to provide personalized/non personalized ads for you. Our partners may include some but are not limited to Google AdMob, DoubleClick Ad Exchange, DoubleClick for Publishers, Facebook Audience Network, MoPub, Amazon, Fyber, Smaato, Baidu, and etc.

Our partners may collect hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, advertising IDs (such as Google's AAID and Apple's IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device' settings), device language, operating system, time zones, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device.

2 : Permission we seek to provide our services.
Below is list of permission we seek to use features of our services. You can decide not to allow any of below from your mobile setting however this may effect some or all functions of our app. Taking permission doesn’t mean that we collect and store any information from your device.


2.1: Microphone: We use microphone of your device when testing microphone in device testing menu. We ask you to tap on the table or on the microphone to test it. If microphone works fine, it listens these taps. AND if it is not working than the test does not pass. This is all we get from the microphone of your device in 'Device Testing' Menu.

2.2: Storage Files: We access storage files to clean junk files. We don’t collect any files from your storage.
2.3: Media/Photos: To clean junk including thumbnails.
2.4: WLAN: To help user in device testing, and share update information on wifi strength.
2.5: Random Access Memory (RAM) : To remove back ground running apps, free RAM helps to improve phone performance.
2.6: Battery Related Information: To help user manage battery life better. To update user on temperature and battery health.

2.7 : App Manager: To help you manage the apps you have in your mobile. 

3. What we do with data we collect:
·        To help us develop, improve and deliver our product and services.
·        To run analysis which helps in understanding user base for our products and services and to improve our products and services accordingly.
·        To respond to your feedback and queries.
·        To monitor, evaluate and analyze trends, data, usage, and activities in connection with our products and services.
·        To run advertisement via our service providers where you can choose personalized or non-personalized ad options. Your option will depend on level of information we will use for advertising partners.

We have to establish a legal ground to use your personal data, so we will make sure that we only use your personal data for the purposes set out in this Section 3 where we are satisfied thatour use of your personal data is necessary to support ‘legitimate interests’ that we have as a business (for example, to improve our products, or to carry out analytics across our datasets, monetize via ads through our partners), provided it is always carried out in a way that is proportionate, and that respects your privacy rights.
In order for us to provide you with our services when you use certain applications, we may collect special categories of data from you. As per the need, we may share your data with other affiliate companies anywhere. We may also share your data with some third parties, to help manage our business and deliver services. These third parties may need to have access to your personal data. Some of these parties may include below:
-        Partners or Service providers, who perform functions on our behalf such as providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links) or other activities as necessary part of the functioning in our product or service. Such third parties may handle your information on behalf of us. If you don’t wish to allow their access and processing, please contact us to make your notice. If you share your data through one of our websites or devices with a third party account such as Facebook, Google+ or Twitter, your personal data will be managed respectively by one of those third parties. 5. Retention of Personal Information
We will limit the storage of your personal information to the time necessary to serve the purposes for which your personal information was processed, to enforce our agreement policies or terms to resolve disputes or as otherwise required by permitted law. Additional Information for Residents in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland (the “Designated Countries”)

This section of the policy only applies to users of our Products &Services that are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and/or Switzerland (collectively known as, the “Designated Countries”) at the time of data collection. We may rely on your IP address to identify your country or ask manually to confirm. In case of reliance on IP address we can’t apply the terms of this section to any user that manipulate or confuses presence in designated countries by any means. Terms highlighted in this section will supersede any conflict from rest of the policy for users in designated countries.

We are our service providers both act as independent controller of personal data.

Consent for Type of Ads on our Apps.
You will be required to share your consent to show personalized ads. In order to show personalized ads, mobile identifiers are used.Personalized advertising (formerly known as interest-based advertising) is a powerful tool that improves advertising relevance for users and increases ROI for advertisers. Because it works by employing online user data to target users with more relevant advertising content, it can provide an improved experience for users and advertisers alike.
In case you wish not to get personalized ads, you can select to do so however you might see irrelevant ads which will affect your experience. Non-Personalized ads will use only contextual information, including coarse general (city-level) location, and content on the current site or app; targeting is not based on the profile or past behavior of a user.
How to change consent settings (or Revoke Consent): You can choose to change consent setting any time by using setting option.
